Story_
QBL was founded in 2004 by Wojtek Śliwka — a graduate of the University School of Physical Education in Krakow, ski instructor, pioneer of mountain biking in Poland, and two-time national champion in the discipline.
The company began by operating a rental shop and ski school in Ustroń, in the Silesian Beskids. Over time, Wojtek’s blend of sporting expertise and technical skills opened the door to new development opportunities.
A strong commitment to skiing and a deep understanding of market needs led to the creation of the company’s first specialised ski-equipment storage solutions. Growing customer interest and a rapidly increasing number of orders enabled QBL to expand its portfolio with professional boot-drying systems and to undertake its first international projects.
In the years that followed, the company strengthened its focus on designing advanced, innovative solutions, building a consistent brand presence, and participating in leading international trade fairs. This paved the way for partnerships with key European distributors and significant growth in production capacity. Around the founder, a team emerged that shared common values and the ambition to create exceptional projects on a global scale.
Today, QBL Systems operates from a modern production and office facility, supported by an extensive, continuously expanding distribution network. The company delivers sports-infrastructure solutions in more than 50 countries worldwide. The quality of QBL Systems products has been recognised by international experts with prestigious winter-sports industry distinctions — including the ISPO Award Winner.
